Technical Project Manager

As a member of the ARMG department at our Mumbai location, you will be responsible for leading a project development team in collaboration with the Project Manager and Software Engineer. Your role will involve overseeing project development and system architecture to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet customer expectations within specified timelines and budget constraints. You will lead and manage the development team, providing guidance on design and technical specifications. Your responsibilities will include hiring, training, and mentoring technical staff to ensure they have the necessary support to achieve project goals. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and maintaining project plans that outline resource allocation and cost estimates. In this role, you will be tasked with developing both front-end and back-end applications, working closely with stakeholders to translate project goals into technical requirements. Your expertise will be essential in guiding the technical design and architecture of projects to ensure efficiency and scalability while addressing technical challenges and providing solutions to resolve issues. Your leadership and management skills will play a crucial role in motivating and coaching the team, fostering effective communication, and driving innovation within the department. Experience with Agile Methodologies and a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle will be valuable assets in this position. Key Skills required for this role include strong technical expertise in software development principles and a variety of languages and technologies such as Python, Angular, Java, Vue JS, HTML, Figma, and Flutter.
