About Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 12 years of experience, including at least 6 years in a technical leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in managing large-scale, complex software projects and is passionate about driving engineering excellence.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software projects on time and within scope.
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, product management, and business stakeholders
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
Manage risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Track project performance using tools like Jira, MS Project, Trello, or Asana
Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

Expertise You'll Bring:
