client is asking for retail/ personal banking experience and Cloud experience as a minimum. Certifications are great but need hands on experience. Client needs Python. If you can please ensure that they draw explain on: Cloud Tech stack they have used Area of the bank (retail or personal banking) A lot of the PM CVs focus on the PM skills and don’t refer to domain expertise, which is where the value add is – stock standard PM skills are a given, its about how they then would be able to add value when talking to stakeholders, adding to their credibility.
