Tech PMO / Technical Program Manager

complex, large-scale web application

technical architecture and development expertise

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the

  technology workstream

  for a high-performance, web-based application.
• Conduct detailed reviews of

  solution architecture, system design, and integration frameworks

  .
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve

  architecture and implementation bottlenecks

  .
• Ensure adherence to best practices in

  application performance, scalability, and security

  .
• Coordinate with client technology teams and consulting firm experts to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress and maintain alignment with

  overall timelines and objectives

  .

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 15 years of experience

  in technology program management, architecture review, or web app development.
• Strong architectural understanding of

  microservices, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

  , workflow engines, data platforms, and modern security frameworks.
• Background in

  Computer Science or IT Engineering

  .
• Proven ability to manage large-scale tech programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in

  government or public sector digital programs

  is a plus (not mandatory).
