Technical Project Manager

Technical Skills Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with product customization and integration techniques.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
• Project Management Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) are a plus.

Security Knowledge:

• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and data protection regulations.
• Communication & Leadership:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, driving collaboration, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

  Lead and oversee product implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.

• Customization Management:

  Coordinate and execute product customizations to meet unique business and client requirements, ensuring scalability and high performance.

• Cloud Security Compliance:

  Collaborate with security teams to enforce industry best practices and ensure compliance with cloud security standards throughout project phases.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating regular project updates, status reports, and risk management.

• Resource Allocation:

  Identify, assemble, and manage cross-functional teams, aligning resources to project priorities and addressing potential capacity or skill gaps.

• Technical Analysis:

  Work closely with software architects, developers, and QA teams to conduct detailed analysis, troubleshooting, and support for complex product implementations.

• Risk and Issue Management:

  Identify project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation plans and corrective actions as needed.

• Process Improvement:

  Continuously assess and enhance project methodologies, tools, and practices to maximize efficiency, quality, and security.

• Documentation:

  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, custom development specifications, security compliance records, and change logs.
