About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, client-facing Technical Project Manager (TPM) who can drive delivery excellence, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client communication, and provide leadership across both technology and business stakeholders. This role requires someone who combines strong delivery management experience with a solid technical understanding to proactively drive project success, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain project health with complete ownership. Key Responsibilities End-to-end project delivery ownership across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and profitability. Actively manage client communications, stakeholder expectations, and delivery escalations. Work closely with technical leads, architects, developers, and QA to track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure on-time delivery. Own project governance: status reporting, risk logs, issue management, and cross-functional coordination. Translate business requirements into executable project plans in collaboration with tech leads. Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Conduct client demos, UAT cycles, and formal handovers. Manage scope changes, CR discussions, and commercial impact evaluations. Maintain clear documentation: project plans, MOMs, RAID logs, burn charts, and sprint reviews. Partner with leadership on resource planning, profitability tracking, and client account growth opportunities. Key Qualifications 6-10 years of experience in project management with strong exposure to technology-driven projects. Experience working with SaaS, Web Applications, Enterprise Software, or Product Development projects. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and hybrid project models. Solid grasp of technical concepts: APIs, integrations, backend/frontend coordination, data flows, and infrastructure basics (you dont need to code but must understand how systems work). Proven experience managing client-facing engagements with both domestic and international customers. Strong leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with structured reporting. PMP or CSM certification (preferred, not mandatory). Exposure to modern PM tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project, etc.) Personal Attributes Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capability. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication. Calm, composed, and mature in high-pressure delivery situations. Strong stakeholder management instincts — knows when to escalate and when to resolve. Bonus Skills (Good to Have) Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience handling multi-vendor or multi-stakeholder delivery models. Exposure to presales, proposal creation, or solutioning discussions.
