Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing an end-to-end data modernization and application development initiative. Your main responsibilities will include: - Project Leadership & Delivery: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data modernization and application development projects. - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. - Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. - Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of sprints/releases. - Technical Oversight: - Understand and oversee the architecture and technical design of data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and application components. - Collaborate with data engineering, application development, and DevOps teams to ensure technical feasibility. - Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance. - Stakeholder Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders. - Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively. - Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts to keep the project on track. - Risk & Quality Management: - Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans. - Monitor project quality through reviews, testing, and validation processes. - Ensure adherence to industry standards, cloud best practices, and organizational policies. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects, ideally involving both data and application streams. - Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models. - Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions. - Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach. Your understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), data engineering concepts, DevOps practices, and application development technologies will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.,
