-Gather and document business & technical requirements
-Create BRDs/FRDs, user stories, use cases & project plans, Technical docs.
-Coordinate with developers, QA & product teams
-Manage sprints, releases & client communications
-Support pre-sales and identify upsell opportunities
-Change Management.
-Tools : Jira , Figma , MS 365 , Hunt docs, Google Docs etc.
-2+ years of TPM/BA experience
-Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, JIRA
-Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and databases
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management
