Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams in a fast-paced AdTech environment.
• Manage Agile/Scrum projects using tools like

  JIRA

  and

  Confluence

  for tracking and documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive execution of projects involving

  DSPs, SSPs, RTB systems

  , and other programmatic advertising technologies.
• Monitor project metrics, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Manage a team of

  25+ members

  , ensuring alignment, productivity, and performance.
• Communicate effectively with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical & Domain Expertise

• 12–15 years of total experience, with

  5+ years in Project Management roles

  .
• Strong domain knowledge in

  AdTech

  , including exposure to

  DSPs, SSPs, programmatic advertising, and RTB

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Agile methodologies

  ,

  JIRA

  Confluence

• Experience in

  metric-based tracking

  and performance reporting.
