Technical Project Lead

As a Technical Project Lead, you will lead full-cycle project delivery from planning to deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Acting as the main communication bridge between clients and internal teams, you will understand client requirements and convert them into actionable technical tasks. Managing development teams, you will track team performance and coordinate Agile ceremonies. Proactively identifying project risks and blockers, you will propose mitigation strategies and maintain proper documentation and status updates for stakeholders. Collaborating with frontend and backend developers, you will ensure alignment with architectural principles and design patterns and provide technical guidance to resolve implementation challenges. Ensuring the solution is scalable, secure, and performance-optimized across all layers of technology, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of database systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 6+ years of experience in backend software development using .NET, Java, or Python. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure, Trello, Git, etc. is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for stakeholder interaction, along with exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, release management, DevOps practices, containerization, orchestration tools, performance tuning, and optimization of applications. Your strong team leadership and decision-making abilities, ability to handle pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments, and client-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach will be crucial for success in this role.,
