Job Title: Technical Project Lead – ITOM & AIOps Experience Level: 5–7 Years Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad (Hybrid) Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Project Lead (TPL) with strong expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and AIOps to lead the implementation of intelligent monitoring and automation solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with BMC Helix Operations Management and aims to enhance observability, streamline service operations, and integrate legacy and cloud environments effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation of ITOM and AIOps solutions across enterprise IT landscapes. Automate service operations workflows to improve operational efficiency. Drive observability using predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis. Integrate legacy systems with cloud-native monitoring tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and adoption.
