technical project coordinator

Job Summary:

The Technical Project Coordinator supports technical project teams by coordinating project activities, tracking technical tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate technical project tasks with developers, engineers, QA, and DevOps teams

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and sprint coordination

Track technical deliverables, milestones, and dependencies

Maintain technical project documentation (requirements, designs, change logs)

Organize daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and technical meetings

Monitor risks, issues, and technical blockers; escalate as needed

Support release planning and deployment coordination

Track defects, change requests, and resolutions

Ensure adherence to technical standards and project processes

Technical Skills & Tools:

Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies

Experience with project tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Asana

Basic knowledge of software development, APIs, databases, and cloud concepts

Ability to read and understand technical documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field

1–4 years of experience in technical project coordination or IT project support

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Scrum Master or CAPM certification

Experience working with cross-functional technical teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,380.37 - ₹41,574.92 per month
