Technical Program Manager, VP

As a Technical Program Manager, VP at our company in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing strategic programs with a focus on AI, data integration, agile delivery, and effective tool-based tracking. You will be an integral part of a cross-functional agile delivery team, contributing to the full software development lifecycle from initial analysis to production support. Your responsibilities will include owning and driving strategic programs across multiple teams, aligning them with business goals and tech strategy. You will collaborate closely with AI/ML and data teams to define delivery milestones and ensure that delivery practices support the unique needs of AI experimentation and productionalization. Implementing Agile frameworks tailored to team needs, driving process improvements, designing and maintaining Jira dashboards, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication will be key aspects of your role. Success in this position will be measured through various KPIs such as Sprint Velocity Consistency, Predictability/Delivery Accuracy, Cycle Time/Lead Time, Defect Density & Escaped Defects, Team Health and Engagement, Epic/Feature Burndown Rate, Blocked Time/Impediment Resolution Rate, Release Frequency, Stakeholder Satisfaction, and Jira Hygiene & Process Compliance. To excel in this role, you should have at least 15 years of experience in program or portfolio management within tech, data, or AI product teams, including leading multiple squads or Scrum teams as a program manager. Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting, along with Agile certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe, or PMP, will be essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is also required.
