Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : Program Management : Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple software and hardware teams. Define scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders. Track program status and KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and global customers. Manage risks, dependencies, and change control across parallel tracks and geographies. Technical Leadership : Partner with engineering and product leads to drive architecture, design, and technical implementation decisions. Review technical milestones and ensure adherence to Bosch quality gates and compliance standards. Support design reviews, code walkthroughs, and system integration planning when required. Stakeholder and Customer Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for global customers and internal business units. Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular reporting. Ensure alignment across customer requirements, regulatory needs, and program deliverables.
