Dynamic Yield, a Mastercard company, is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to join our Employee Digital Experience team. This team is at the forefront of supporting crucial employee technologies, including Microsoft, Citrix, Desktop, Voice, Mobile, Multimedia, and Office Moves. This role is pivotal in driving our customer experience strategy through continuous innovation and proactive problem-solving. We're looking for an agile and resilient Technical Program Manager to lead complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving internal and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering results even under changing circumstances, making a significant impact on our organizational success. Role Responsibilities As a Technical Program Manager II at Dynamic Yield, you are expected to perform the following responsibilities: Project Leadership: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for the Office Moves, Expansions, and Multimedia teams , utilizing tailored project management approaches. End-to-End Delivery Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of engineering tasks by proactively monitoring progress, managing dependencies, and removing blockers to ensure smooth project flow. Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with internal stakeholders across various departments and communicate project status updates clearly and consistently. Global Collaboration: Work effectively with global cross-functional teams across different time zones, fostering strong collaboration. Resource Management: Collaborate with engineering managers to secure necessary resources, define precise project scopes, set clear priorities, and establish achievable milestones. Communication Excellence: Demonstrate proficiency and precision in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex technical issues succinctly and clearly to diverse audiences. Problem Solving: Exhibit strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems, identify potential risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and create innovative solutions. Data Presentation: Present data in a clear and compelling manner to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Qualifications Education: Undergraduate degree in business or systems management. Experience: 3 years of project management experience leading infrastructure and/or multimedia projects within a technology organization. Autonomy & Risk Management: Ability to work independently, identifying risks and developing proactive mitigation strategies. Multi-tasking: Ability to perform multiple tasks across multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing internal stakeholders effectively. Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . Certifications (Plus): Project management certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Scrum are a plus but not required. BI Tools (Plus): Experience with Tableau, Domo, Power BI, or other comparable business intelligence tools is a plus but not required. Project Management Tools: Knowledge of Project Management tools, such as Rally, Jira, Planner, Monday, AHA . Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English. Availability: Ability to work European hours approximately 20-30% as needed.
