Job Description

You will be working as an Assistant Manager in the Order to Cash domain at Genpact. Your main responsibilities will include validating Purchase Order requests, interacting with clients for feedback, managing collections and dispute management, meeting collections targets, and maintaining relationships with customers and regional financial managers. You will also need to identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation. To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the entire order to cash process, including different invoice types. SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports from SAP would be beneficial. You must be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, meeting strict deadlines, and collaborating effectively with team members. The qualifications required for this position include a B.Com Graduation (MBA Finance preferred) with meaningful experience in Order to Cash. Additionally, you should possess very good written and verbal interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel), and be open to working in shifts as per business requirements.
