Technical Program Manager, Analytics, Insights and Measurement

Role Overview: As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and effectively communicate with cross-functional partners. Your technical expertise will be crucial in guiding the team through various analyses and recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate and manage technical programs to successful outcomes. - Define project requirements, scope, schedule, resourcing, and milestones in collaboration with Engineering, Program Manager, UX, and other cross-functional partners. - Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. - Oversee program execution, addressing issues as they arise throughout design, development, testing, and deployment phases. Manage dependencies, communicate risks, and implement mitigations. - Ensure readiness for launch, coordinate testing, rollout, and post-launch monitoring. Drive process improvements to enhance team scalability. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program management. - Experience with the software development life cycle. - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries and build relationships to achieve broader organizational goals. - Proficiency in managing ambiguous operationally programs with cross-functional teams.,
