Job Title: Technical Product Manager Voice & Generative AI

Role Overview

Technical Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap

    • Define and own the product vision for voice-based solutions powered by Gen AI.
    • Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned with business objectives and emerging AI technologies.
  • Solution Design & Delivery

    • Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to design scalable voice architectures.
    • Drive integration of Gen AI models (LLMs, speech-to-text, text-to-speech) into voice platforms.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., TRAI, DLT) for voice communication.
  • Stakeholder Management

    • Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) and external vendors to deliver projects on time.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Performance & Optimization

    • Monitor KPIs for voice interactions (accuracy, latency, engagement).
    • Continuously improve conversational flows using AI-driven insights.
  • Innovation & Research

    • Stay updated on advancements in voice tech, NLP, and Gen AI.
    • Evaluate new tools and frameworks for voice automation and personalization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Background

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of

      speech technologies

      (ASR, TTS),

      NLP

      , and

      LLMs

      .
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and APIs for voice services.
  • Product Management

    • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI or voice tech.
    • Expertise in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Tools & Frameworks

    • Experience with conversational AI platforms (Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar).
    • Knowledge of Gen AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
  • Soft Skills

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in BFSI or regulated industries.
  • Exposure to

  • Hands-on with
