We are looking for a

Technical Product Manager

to lead the development and delivery of innovative technology products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent product management skills to define product vision, prioritize features, and work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure successful product launches. You will be responsible for translating customer needs into clear requirements, driving the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

What You ll Do


Product Strategy Vision

  • Define and Champion the Product Strategy and Roadmap:

    Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that maximizes business value and aligns with client goals.
  • Customer-Centric Prioritization:

    Own the feature prioritization process, evaluating new features and initiatives based on

    business value, customer needs, and technical impact

    . Sequence the play, and if required, convince clients to club or sequence features to ensure a coherent, high-impact product evolution.
  • Business-Technology Translation:

    Guide customers toward the optimal

    business approach

    using creative ideas that show how technology can unlock value, entirely avoiding technical jargon.

Technical Leadership Execution

  • Technical Pathfinder:

    Work closely with the engineering team, providing technical context and helping them evaluate and determine the most viable and effective

    implementation path

    . Challenge the teams assumptions and solutions to ensure the best technical decisions are made, avoiding being "fooled" by technical complexity.
  • Own Technical Challenges:

    Take responsibility for technical complexities, staying up to date

    with available market options

    (technologies, tools, and best practices), and evaluating

    technical trade-offs

    (e.g., build vs. buy, scalability requirements, API design, and integrations).
  • Delivery and Quality Assurance:

    Track progress, proactively remove blockers, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

    that meets or exceeds client expectations. Hold a

    no-compromise stance on product quality

    and security.

Stakeholder Management Communication

  • Bridge the Gap:

    Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, sales, and executive stakeholders,

    clarifying edge cases, technical constraints, and feasibility

    to set accurate client expectations and timelines.
  • Bilingual Communication:

    Possess the ability to

    speak the language of engineers

    (APIs, system design, databases, cloud, security) while simultaneously

    communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders

    and clients.
  • Strategic Client Engagement:

    Understand the clients needs with an eye toward technical implications, helping them understand the

    technical and business priorities

    to foster account growth and potential.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or a similar role focused on software products.
  • Technical Fluency:

    A strong understanding of core software development concepts, including

    system architecture, APIs, data models, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security principles

    .
  • Product Expertise:

    Demonstrated ability to develop product roadmaps, define requirements, and lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle.
  • Business Acumen:

    Exceptional problem-solving skills with a balanced lens for both

    business needs and technical solutions

  • Soft Skills:

    Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
