Job Description

As a Technical Support Consultant II in the AEM Business Unit at Adobe, your role involves providing round-the-clock technical assistance for Adobe CQ, Scene7, and DAM solutions. You will be the key contact between customers and internal departments to maintain satisfaction and resolve all customer issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide customer support by troubleshooting customer-reported complex issues such as JVM Heap Dump Analysis, Thread Dump Analysis, and Performance issues for AEM. - Fix Bugs through Code Changes in the later versions of AEM in collaboration with the Engineering Team. - Troubleshoot, validate, and report customer-submitted bug reports. - Drive high levels of customer satisfaction that lead to customer loyalty and retention. - Act as a customer advocate ensuring all customers" voices are heard. - Liaise with engineering/product management to ensure customers" desires for future product development are heard. - Address customer concerns and questions effectively and in a timely manner. - Work closely with customers to understand their business and how best to assist them in using Adobe Experience Manager. - Assist in testing new and enhanced product features. - Manage incidents professionally and within stated timelines. - Participate in department team meetings. - Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned. - Work in 24 x 7 shifts. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science with 3 years of experience in Web and/or ECMS technologies. - Strong knowledge of Web technologies, especially JAVA/J2EE, JavaScript, Content Management Systems, website architecture, REST API, HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, jQuery, Apache & IIS. - Working knowledge of different OS including WIN, UNIX, LINUX, Solaris. - Experience in understanding implications and proposing architectures for large Web-based solutions, analyzing critical issues, and recognizing areas that require patching and upgradation. - Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to all audiences.
