Job Description

Assess pricing and billing requirements and create clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for complex features and product sets.
Understand the as-is billing of the products that need to be automated.
Perform reverse engineering and create documentation for billing systems.
Be the primary liaison between other business units, engineering, and other applicable groups to ensure flawless integration of new and existing feature sets into billing systems.
Provide data extracts from various databases to business teams to support business operations.
Deliver automation projects with engineering teams from a prioritized backlog.
Participate in daily scrum meetings.
Develop deep understanding of the transactions and data generated by various billing, pricing and upstream platforms.
Find actionable insights through exploratory analysis, impact accounting, and experimentation
Communicate and evangelize data driven insights to ensure the product teams are building the right things and moving the right metrics
Ensure that our data is trustworthy, reliable, and easy to access
Ensure that user experience and design thinking are part of the solutions you build for end user

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

7 or more years of work experience and a Bachelor s Degree
Self-motivated, results driven, with the ability to quickly establish clear, well thought out action plans
