The Technical Operations Executive will support daily operations, leveraging a solid understanding of PC hardware and software to enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily operational tasks and process improvements. Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software. Maintain documentation and performance reports. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred). 1 year of experience in operations or administration. Understanding of PC hardware/software; tech-savvy. Strong organizational and communication skills.
