Role & responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day operations of the technical team, ensuring timely execution of tasks and projects. Serve as a communicator between technical teams and other departments to streamline communication. Manage documentation, including process guides, meeting notes, and reports. Track project progress, update status reports, and escalate issues as needed. Assist in scheduling and resource allocation to optimize team productivity.
