Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Operations Executive to join our team in Gurgaon, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in technical operations with a strong background in software and electronics.

Roles and Responsibility

Understand the technical requirements of clients in the software and electronics industry.
Conduct demos and presentations on solutions to meet client needs.
Collaborate with the Business Development Team to address new technical requirements.
Provide excellent customer support and service engineering.
Manage technical operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of technical operations, software and electronics, and system management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in HR/Recruitment/Administration/IR/Training & Development/Operations is desirable.
