Technical Onboarding Specialist

**Role Overview:** You will be part of a small team at AverageKootam whose mission is to assist SMB marketers in overcoming marketing obstacles using the CustomerLabs Customer Data Platform. Your role involves onboarding new customers and ensuring they understand and derive value from the first-party data solutions provided. Additionally, you will address customer queries, reduce the learning curve for customers, and possess knowledge of tools like conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Events Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
