Responsibilities include explaining first-party data solutions, ensuring timely delivery of product value, addressing customer queries, reducing the learning curve, and possessing knowledge of tools like conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Events Manager, and Google Analytics 4. Additionally, creating documentation and videos is a part of the role. Career Growth: The ideal progression for this role is to evolve into an Associate Product Manager. By interacting with more customers and understanding their needs, one can develop features that enhance product value and customer satisfaction.
