Technical Onboarding Coordinator

Job Description: As a Technical Onboarding Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support technical on-boarding initiatives for clients and data and asset management configurations on the platform(s) to drive the automation of end-to-end processing workflows. You will follow established workflows and SOP while also being flexible and collaborative in defining new processes. Balancing multiple requests and prioritizing items to meet deadlines will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will provide timely, accurate, professional, and responsive support to internal and external customers/clients to resolve issues and prevent conflicts/problems from reoccurring. Taking on new assignments as directed by the Manager or Director and documenting workflows and processes will also be part of your responsibilities.
