Role & responsibilities

• Vendor management involves checking report quality, making regular visits, conducting audits, and providing training. It also includes ensuring that vendor bills are cleared on time.
• Evaluating the real estate project or property available for lending by looking at possible risks, benefits, and drawbacks
• Ensuring to follow the valuation policies, processes, and development rules or regulations for the specific area
• Selection & On-boarding of vendor as per requirement.
• Adherence to TAT and providing technical support to all internal teams.
• Preparation and maintenance of various technical related MIS and databases for respective location
• Scrutiny of document and Vetting of Technical Reports

Qualification & experience:

• B.E. Civil/B. Arch. (Full-Time)
• 2-4 years of experience in fixed asset valuation (land & building) within a reputed Bank/NBFC/HFC
• Proficiency in the local language
• Expertise and experience in the local real estate market.
