Technical Officer- Durgapur

3 years of experience in the Bitumen sector, with specific knowledge in Emulsion and Modified Bitumen Plant operations

1. Implements SOPs and checklists and regularly monitors the daily production related operations and daily entry of all production order with issue of RM and Receipt of FG in SAP.

2. Understands the monthly requirements of finished goods, raw materials and undertakes the necessary planning and co-ordination towards achievements of targets through optimum usage of fuel and energy.

3. Oversees automated PLC control plant operations and ensure minimum breakdown and spares status of Colloid Mill and Other equipments / auxiliaries and executes production as per plan.

4. Optimum control of consumables and Plant process cost like HSD, Power and Rice husk etc.

5. To convert any off spec materials to salable product as per timelines.

6. Allocates duty of workmen and monitors their productivity.

7. Ensures packaging of finished goods and ensures conformity to standards and customer requirements.

8. Manages plant stock and record all stock movements.

9. Implementation and monitoring of Safety norms as per standard.

10. Ensures quality control at the shop floor as per guidance of the QC department.

11. Generates MIS/ monthly report relating to production, variance, and maintenance needs.

12. Undertakes monthly stock taking along with the finance and commercial team representative and Stock reconciliation with SAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
