Role Description

Technical Mentor - Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide students in software development projects (Web, Mobile, or IoT).
• Help students with on-campus project development tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with college faculty and industry experts to design and execute industry use-cases.
• Review student code, architectures, and help them develop production-grade solutions.
• Conduct Mock Interviews and share the feedback on improvement areas.
• Periodically report the project progress to all stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into learning modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience.

• Strong in at least one backend and one frontend technologies (Java / Python / Node / Angular / React / etc.).
• Experience in mentoring, training, or leading technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and helping others grow.
