Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Mentor - Full Stack located in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area, with 100% onsite requirement. The Technical Mentor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring Students, building the software solutions, reviewing code, assisting with software development projects, ensuring best practices on software development, managing databases, usage of development tools and processes and supporting the overall growth of the Student's Software Development skills. Responsibilities Mentor and guide students in software development projects (Web, Mobile, or IoT). Help students with on-campus project development tools, frameworks, and best practices. Collaborate with college faculty and industry experts to design and execute industry use-cases. Review student code, architectures, and help them develop production-grade solutions. Conduct Mock Interviews and share the feedback on improvement areas. Periodically report the project progress to all stakeholders. Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into learning modules. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience. Strong in at least one backend and one frontend technologies (Java / Python / Node / Angular / React / etc.). Experience in mentoring, training, or leading technical teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for learning and helping others grow.
