Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional engineering team of 20+ developers.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing software architectures using Node.js, React.js, and AWS.
• Provide technical leadership across all phases of the software development lifecyclefrom requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, architecture, and DevOps.
• Conduct regular code reviews, performance reviews, and technical assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and technologies.
• Manage resource planning, project timelines, and risk mitigation for multiple concurrent projects.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance system performance and team capability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in software development, with at least

  3+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role.

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Node.js
