We are seeking a Tech Manager with strong hands-on expertise in React.js and experience in service-based product delivery to lead our development team in Mysore.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
● 5–8 years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
● Strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related libraries/frameworks.
● Experience in service-based product delivery and handling multiple client projects.
● Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js/Express, APIs) is a plus.
● Strong project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
