Cost management: Overseeing all financial aspects of projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Contract administration: Managing contractual obligations, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and handling variations and final accounts.
Risk assessment: Identifying and managing financial risks associated with a project.
Strategic planning: Setting overall strategy and direction for the quantity surveying team and ensuring the financial performance of all projects aligns with the company's goals.
Stakeholder communication: Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient resource use and manage any disputes that may arise.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
