• Understanding local laws and regulations pertaining to real estate
• Understanding of parameters to draw standardization in valuations of assets.• Introducing parameters to monitor outliers on a regular basis.• Designing formats for vendor reports and having oversight over BAU.• Review of data required for compliance purpose as per RBI guidelines.• Analysis of various MIS reports related to Technical Feasibility studies.• Analysis of patterns for technical process adherence.• Analyzing technical rejection criterias, NPA`s, its patterns & to study market practice.• Vendor Management.• To perform in-depth market analysis of current portfolio.
• Comparison of Different potential markets for strategic (Business) needs.
• In-depth Knowledge of Real Estate Market and Legal/Building Bye-laws.• Conflict Resolution.• Strong analytical skills.• Working knowledge of credit underwriting.
