Technical Manager / Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  end-to-end migration projects

  from on-premise or other cloud platforms to Azure.
• Design and implement

  hybrid and cloud-native architectures

  leveraging Azure services.
• Act as the

  technical authority

  for Azure-based projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with

  US and UK clients

  to understand business requirements, define roadmaps, and deliver solutions.
• Provide

  hands-on expertise

  in Azure services such as Networking, AD, Storage, Compute, Security, and Monitoring.
• Drive

  on-premises to Azure migration strategies

  , including assessment, planning, execution, and optimization.
• Establish

  cloud governance, cost optimization, and security best practices

  .
• Manage and mentor technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Work in

  US time zones

  to coordinate with international stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of IT experience

  , with strong foundation in

  on-premises infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking, storage)

  .

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Azure

  , including migration and modernization projects.
• Proven expertise in

  on-prem to Azure migration

  (datacenters, applications, databases, workloads).
• Strong understanding of

  hybrid cloud models

  (on-prem + Azure integration).
• Experience in

  Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Terraform, Bicep)

  .
• Knowledge of

  security, compliance, and identity management (Azure AD, RBAC, Policies)

  .
• Excellent client-handling skills with

  US and UK clients

  ; experience in stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions with senior leadership.

• Microsoft Certified:

  Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

• Microsoft Certified:

  Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

  Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
