Job Description

Role Summary

Own the technical architecture, standards, performance, and resilience of the Agentic AI platform on Azure.

Responsibilities

Define reference architecture: Azure AI Studio Agents/Prompt Flow, Azure OpenAI, AI Search/Cosmos DB, Functions/AKS, Event Grid/Service Bus.
Establish coding standards, observability patterns, and performance SLOs.
Lead design reviews, threat modeling, and production readiness.
Guide integrations with ServiceNow, SharePoint (RAG), and Coupa.
Mentor engineers; unblock technical risks; optimize cost (token usage, caching).

Required Qualifications

8 - 10+ years in software/platform engineering; 3+ years in cloud (Azure).
Deep knowledge of Azure networking (VNETs, private endpoints), security (Entra ID RBAC, Managed Identity), and data services.
Hands-on with LLM agent orchestration (Prompt Flow/Agents), RAG patterns, and vector search.
Strong system design, reliability engineering, and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Skills

IaC (Bicep/Terraform), CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with Responsible AI, content filters, PII redaction.
