Job Description

Location: Bangalore and Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, implement, and maintain
Fortinet Firewalls (FortiGate)
,
FortiAnalyzer
, and
FortiManager
systems.
Manage day-to-day BAU security operations including incident response, change management, and policy updates.
Monitor network traffic for unusual activity using Fortinet and other monitoring tools.
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure network security posture is maintained.
Perform regular system upgrades, backups, and patch management and assist in troubleshooting and resolving network and firewall-related issues promptly.
Document technical procedures, configurations, and network diagrams and participate in on-call rotations and provide support during assigned 24x4 shifts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years
of relevant experience in network security and firewall management.
Proven expertise in
Fortinet technologies
, especially FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiManager
Solid understanding of BAU (Business As Usual) operations
Strong understanding of
network protocols, VPNs, IPS/IDS, NAT, and routing
.
Prior experience in
BAU operations
within a secure and complex network environment.
Excellent
analytical and troubleshooting skills
.

Mandatory Skills: Fortinet Firewall.

Experience: 5-8 Years.
