Technical Lead - Transport Planning

The Technical Lead - Transport planning will be responsible for overseeing project delivery in the iCRC Transport Planning team having region experince for a minimum of 10 years, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and error-free outputs. The role involves technical mentorship, fostering professional growth within the team, and driving progress towards chartership.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Technical Leadership:

• Develop approach to technical delivery in bids and projects.
• Specify resources for delivery, checking and approval of project deliverables
• Interface with UK Project Manager and Team Leaders to mobilise teams on projects

Mentorship and Training:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the modelling team.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all deliverables from the iCRC Transport Planning team meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
• Implement robust quality control processes to identify and rectify errors promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align modelling standards with organizational goals.
