Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate transportation services for employees, clients, and visitors.
Develop and implement transportation plans for efficient and cost-effective travel.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and improve service delivery.
Conduct regular audits to identify gaps and optimize transportation processes.
Deliver excellent customer service to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Analyze transportation data and metrics to measure performance and guide decision-making.

Job Requirements:

Strong understanding of transportation management principles and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation-related software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Experience in budget management and resource planning.
Graduate or postgraduate degree required.
