Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking eCommerce Tech Lead to join our expanding digital commerce team. As the Tech Lead, you will define the technical vision, guide architecture decisions, and oversee execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders across various teams. Your key responsibilities will include leading the technical implementation of enterprise-grade eCommerce platforms, architecting and developing scalable front-end experiences, collaborating with product and business stakeholders on strategic product roadmaps, mentoring development teams, and translating complex business needs into technical specifications. You will also provide leadership and support throughout various project phases and ensure high code quality through code reviews and testing strategies. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in software engineering with significant leadership in eCommerce projects. You must have proven expertise in Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento 2), strong knowledge of headless commerce architecture and front-end technologies such as React.js, Next.js, and React Native, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns. Exposure to MarTech/AdTech tools, microservices architecture, middleware integration, and API-first development is essential. Excellent communication skills, familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure, as well as proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies are required. Preferred qualifications include experience in the GCC region, proficiency in Agile delivery and working in distributed global teams, Adobe/Magento certifications, and familiarity with Magento headless toolkits like PWA Studio.
