Lead the design and development of backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) Architect secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native applications on AWS Guide a team of developers through technical planning, code reviews, and mentoring Collaborate closely with DevOps, Product, and Frontend teams for end-to-end delivery Implement best practices in CI/CD, security, testing, and monitoring Own solution design, architecture, and cloud infrastructure decisions Drive engineering quality by enforcing clean code, unit testing, and documentation Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Python: 7 years (Required) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Work Location: In person
