Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Work on bug fixing , code improvements , and minor feature enhancements Write unit and integration tests for backend services and Python scripts Collaborate with senior developers to learn best practices in coding, debugging, and testing Understand feature requirements and contribute to internal documentation Participate in team scrums and code reviews Learn about cloud platforms (AWS) and AI/ML workflows as part of Raaka’s projects Required Skills: Bachelor's degree (BTech/BE) in Computer Science, IT, or related field Good foundation in Python programming , with basic understanding of OOP Familiarity with writing simple scripts, handling files, and using standard Python libraries Interest or basic knowledge in AI/ML concepts (e.g., sklearn, pandas, NumPy) Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving ability Good written and spoken English communication Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): What is your current LPA and expected LPA?
