Technical Lead- QA (Cypress)

As a highly analytical Technical Lead-QA at GrowExx, you will play a crucial role in executing automated testing on large enterprise projects within the Agile framework. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the analysis of system requirements and translating them into effective test automation strategies. - Implementing both automated and manual testing processes, emphasizing tools like Cypress, nUnit, and TestRail for test efficiency. - Designing robust test automation frameworks using Cypress aligned with quality benchmarks and system goals. - Taking ownership of test automation delivery during sprints, ensuring timelines and quality. - Ensuring QA processes adhere to industry standards, with a focus on regulatory compliance. - Reviewing user journey mapping and process flows for comprehensive test coverage. - Identifying gaps in requirements and consulting with Product Owners for clarity. - Providing accurate estimations for automation efforts during sprint planning. - Reviewing and mentoring the team on test scripts and practices. - Driving documentation best practices and ensuring key artifacts are maintained. - Generating and analyzing automated quality reports to share insights with stakeholders. - Defining structured debugging and triage processes for root cause identification. - Establishing and maintaining User Acceptance Criteria, including support for Gherkin syntax. - Collaborating with stakeholders to provide daily updates on QA progress. Key Skills: - Good knowledge of Cypress Stack for multi-browser testing. - Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL. - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. - Proficiency in Zephyr and JIRA. - Experience in designing and running load tests using Locust or JMeter. - Knowledge of Security Testing is a plus. - Exposure to Test Driven Development and BDD. - Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, or similar repositories. - Understanding of test automation and CI/CD tools. - Agile estimation techniques and project planning. - Knowledge of info-security principles at the code level. - Understanding performance implications of code and optimization. Education and Experience: - B Tech or B. E. 1st Class from top 100 institutes in India. - 8+ years of total experience or minimum 5 years in a technical leadership role. Analytical and Personal Skills: - Good logical reasoning and analytical skills. - Ability to break big goals into small incremental actions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability. - Attention to detail. - Ability to lead a team is a bonus. - Positive and Cheerful outlook in life.,
