Technical Lead

Job description: As a Senior Technical Lead at PROPVIVO, you will play a crucial role in leading the development team and collaborating closely with senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include hands-on coding, team leadership, project management, stakeholder coordination, technical decision-making, and process optimization. Key responsibilities: - Hands-on Development: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, participate in code reviews, and engage in technical discussions. - Team Leadership: Mentor and guide developers, conduct regular stand-ups, and ensure task ownership and accountability. - Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and track tasks to ensure timely delivery of technical projects. - Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the communication bridge between the technical team and management, effectively conveying progress, risks, and dependencies. - Technical Decision-Making: Lead architectural discussions, propose best practices, and uphold code quality and maintainability. - Process Optimization: Continuously enhance workflows, deployment pipelines, and team efficiency. Required skills and Qualifications: - Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, Dot Net, or similar. - Leadership Experience: 5-7 years of leading development teams and successfully delivering software projects. - Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and task tracking tools like Jira, Trello, Asana. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make technical decisions under pressure. - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and C-level management.
