• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions using Power Platform tools.
• ranslate business requirements into functional applications with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps).
• Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations in Power BI for data insights and reporting.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and business users on Power Platform best practices.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across internal business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Establish a center of excellence (CoE) for Power Platform adoption across the organization.

• 6+ years of experience in application development, with 3+ years working with Power Platform.
• Proficiency in:

Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)

Power Automate (including RPA and AI Builder)

Power BI (Data modeling and dashboarding)

Dataverse and SharePoint integration

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Microsoft certifications such as

  PL-600, PL

  ,

  PL-400

  , or

  PL-900

  are highly desirable.
