Role & responsibilities: JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Technical Lead-Power Platform Job Family: IS/IT Location: Pune, India Organizational interfaces Direct Manager Functional Manager Direct Report Organizational interfaces Global Digital Solutions practice Lead None Outsourced delivery teams Practice and Value Tower teams Competences requirements Knowledge / Qualification Previous Experience & key technical skills Key behavioral competencies Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions using Power Platform tools. ranslate business requirements into functional applications with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps). Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate and Dataverse. Develop dashboards and visualizations in Power BI for data insights and reporting. Guide and mentor junior developers and business users on Power Platform best practices. Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are followed. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party systems. Drive continuous improvement and innovation across internal business processes. Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Establish a center of excellence (CoE) for Power Platform adoption across the organization. Missions Missions KPI and/or main deliverables Scope 6+ years of experience in application development, with 3+ years working with Power Platform. Proficiency in: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) Power Automate (including RPA and AI Builder) Power BI (Data modeling and dashboarding) Dataverse and SharePoint integration Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) is a plus. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL , PL-400 , or PL-900 are highly desirable.
