Job Description

This role specializes in managing the entire software lifecycle, including design, testing, and troubleshooting. It focuses on staying updated on emerging technologies and applying knowledge to enhance telecom and networking solutions. The role excels in leading teams and ensuring efficient project delivery in collaboration with multi-site teams. You have:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering stream with 2 to 4 years of experience in J2EE development.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting applications on the J2EE platform, applying best practices in coding, debugging, and optimization.

Knowledge of telecommunications and networking technologies.

Experience with modern tools and technologies such as OSGi, Microservices, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

It would be nice if you also had:

Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and DevOps practices.

Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Integrate emerging technologies such as Microservices, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch, contributing to the enhancement of solutions while expanding knowledge of cutting-edge technologies.

Lead the team by applying technical leadership skills to ensure on-time, high-quality project deliveries, while mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Utilize effective communication skills to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and multi-site teams, ensuring smooth project execution.

Leverage a strong understanding of telecommunication and networking technologies to develop solutions tailored for these sectors.
Apply knowledge of the software development lifecycle to streamline processes, ensuring high-quality and efficient software delivery.

Continue to expand expertise in IDEs, testing frameworks, defect tracking tools, and version control systems to support quality-driven development.

Optimize the development process and ensure faster, more reliable deployments through experience in cloud-based solution development and contributions to DevOps practices.

Support the development of CI/CD pipelines, optimizing the software delivery process by automating key tasks and reducing time to market.
