What You’ll Do:

• Lead

  the design and development of high-performance, scalable backend systems using Node.js.
• Architect and implement

  microservices

  and

  event-driven architectures

  to power our e-commerce platform.
• Optimize

  MySQL

  performance using

  Sequelize

  , and integrate with

  Elasticsearch

  for lightning-fast search.
• Collaborate with DevOps to streamline

  CI/CD pipelines

  and ensure optimal server performance on

  AWS

  .
• Mentor and guide a team of developers—cultivating a strong engineering culture built on innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Own the

  technical roadmap

  and champion best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and security.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years

  of hands-on experience

  with Node.js

  , including

  Express.js

  , and backend architecture.

• 2+ years

  of experience

  leading and mentoring

  engineering teams.
• Solid experience with

  MySQL

  Elasticsearch

• Strong knowledge of
