Role Overview:

Technical Lead

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and develop

  high-quality, scalable applications

  using

  C# and .NET Core

• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions

  on

  Microsoft Azure

  , including:

• Azure WebJobs

• Blob Storage

• Manage infrastructure with

  Terraform

  (preferred)
• Collaborate with clients to gather technical and business requirements
• Work with

  SQL Server

  for database design, optimization, and performance tuning
• Lead front-end integration using

  React

  or

  Angular

• Guide and mentor development teams; ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

• Participate in sprint planning

  , code reviews, and technical design discussions
• Promote and implement

  DevOps practices

  including:

• CI/CD pipelines

• Infrastructure automation

• Deployment best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software development with recent leadership roles
• Expertise in

  .NET Core

  ,

  C#

  , and

  Microsoft Azure

• Mandatory experience with Terraform

  for Infrastructure as Code
• Solid understanding of

  DevOps and CI/CD tools and practices

• Front-end familiarity with React

  or

  Angular

• Strong experience with SQL Server

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments
